1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ember & Oak Catering Co. website (littlecaesars.pro), event caterings, and related services ("Services"). By accessing our website or using our spaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Ember & Oak Catering Co. provides:

Shared catering desk access (hot desks and dedicated desks)
Private office suites for teams of 2–25 people
Meeting room and boardroom rental
Event space hire
Virtual office and business address services
Community programming (networking events, workshops, lunch-and-learns)

3. Clientship & Pricing

Month-to-Month: All clientships are billed monthly in advance. No long-term contracts required unless you opt into a discounted annual plan.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and pre-authorized debit (PAD). Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Taxes: All listed prices are exclusive of HST (13%). HST will be added at checkout and on your invoice.
Late Payment: Accounts more than 7 days overdue will have event services suspended until payment is received. A $25 late fee applies after 14 days.
Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days written notice. Existing annual plan holders are locked in at their original rate.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Monthly clientships may be cancelled with 30 days written notice to hello@littlecaesars.pro.
Day passes are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within 30 days.
Meeting room bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged in full.
Private office leases require 60 days written notice for termination.
Refunds for overpayments are processed within 10 business days.

5. Code of Conduct

All clients and guests must adhere to the following:

Treat all clients, staff, and guests with respect and professionalism
Keep noise at a reasonable level in open event areas
Use phone booths or meeting rooms for calls and video conferences
Clean up after yourself in kitchens, lounges, and shared areas
Do not prop open secured doors or share access access
No smoking, vaping, or use of recreational substances on premises
Pets are permitted only during designated Pet-Friendly days at Liberty Loft
Do not use the space for activities that are illegal or violate the rights of others

Violations may result in clientship suspension or termination without refund.

6. Event Services & Security

Accesss are issued upon clientship activation and remain Ember & Oak property
Lost accesss must be reported immediately; replacement fee is $25
24/7 access is available to Dedicated Desk and Private Office clients only
CCTV operates in common areas and building entrances for client safety
Ember & Oak is not responsible for personal property left unattended in common areas

7. Internet & Network Usage

Our spaces provide high-speed internet access. By using our network you agree to:

Not engage in illegal downloading, hacking, or bandwidth abuse
Not use the network for spam, phishing, or distribution of malware
Accept that network traffic may be monitored for security purposes

Ember & Oak provides internet on a best-effort basis and is not liable for connectivity interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and design—is the property of Ember & Oak Catering Co. and protected under Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ember & Oak is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property in our spaces.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the clientship fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any space, meeting room, or amenity.

10. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your personal data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
